Ingredients

30 minutes
2 person
  • 1 bowlboiled basmati rice
  • 1capsicum finely chopped
  • 1onion finely chopped
  • 1carrot finely chopped
  • 5-6garlic cloves finely chopped
  • Handfulchopped green coriander leaves
  • Handfulchopped spring onion
  • Handfulcabbage finally chopped
  • to tastesalt and pepper powder green chilli paste
  • 2 tbspsoya sauce
  • 1/2 tspvinegar
  • 3 tbspoil

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take all ingredients as shown

    Take oil in pan add chopped garlic and satute add all chopped vegetables and cook for 2/3 minutes add green chilli paste

    Now add boiled rice salt pepper powder soya sauce and vinegar

    Mix well cook for 2 minutes add chopped coriander and spring onion.. it's ready to serve
