Vanilla Mug Cake
An eggless vanilla mug cake recipe

Measure out all and place in a bowl

Mix till smooth and well incorporated

Do not overmix

Bake in a microwave on medium heat for 2 mins (tempereature varies (low heat (4 mins), (high heat 1 minute)), Oven (15 minutes),Oven substitute (In a medium sized pot or deep pan, (on medium heat) add some salt or sand making sure you cannot see the bottom of the pot, preheat for 5 mins and place a stand in the pot then place your cake on the stand (bake for 10 mins) and enjoy.

Top with ice cream, whipped cream, Powdered/Icing sugar, or sprinkles.
