Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 cupsGovind Bhog rice
  • 1medium sized Potato (cut into big pieces)
  • 1medium sized Onion (cut into big pieces)
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 2cloves
  • 4-5Pepper
  • 1 pieceCinnamon
  • 1Bay leaf
  • 3-4Garlic (crushed)
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2-3Green chillies (slited)
  • 1/2 tspTurmeric powder

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash the rice and keep it ready. Cut the potato-onion into big and square.

    Take a pressure cooker pan. Add oil, once oil is hot add mustard, jeera, clove, pepper, cinnamon, bay leaf, green chillies.

    Now add chopped onion and Potato. Cook it for some time. Now add washed rice in that. Add salt and turmeric powder. Add 2 cup water. Close the pan. Give two whistles.

    Open the pan and mix it softly. Serve hot with Raita.
