Ingredients

  1. 50-60 grall purpose flour
  2. 25 grdrinking chocolate
  3. 175 mlfresh milk
  4. 2eggs
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. 1 tbscoconut or canola oil
  7. Honey / strawberry jam for topping

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the ingredients with mixer until it's foamy

  2. 2

    Prepare the pan, grease with butter over medium heat

  3. 3

    Make the crêpe, one ladle at a time, flip it when it's halfway done

  4. 4

    Arrange the crêpe on a plate and top it with honey or strawberry jam 😉
