50-60 grall purpose flour
25 grdrinking chocolate
175 mlfresh milk
2eggs
Pinchsalt
1 tbscoconut or canola oil
Honey / strawberry jam for topping

Mix all the ingredients with mixer until it's foamy
2

Prepare the pan, grease with butter over medium heat
3

Make the crêpe, one ladle at a time, flip it when it's halfway done
4

Arrange the crêpe on a plate and top it with honey or strawberry jam 😉
