Ingredients

4-5 hrs
3 servings
  • 10-12digestive or any other biscuits
  • 1/4 cupmelted butter
  • 1 cuphung curd
  • 2-3 tbsppowdered sugar
  • Few drops vanilla essence

Steps

  1. 1

    Grind and make a powder of biscuits. Put it in a bowl add melted butter and mix it take a cupcake mould put 2-3 tbsp of the biscuit mixture. Press with fingertips.

    Keep them in the freezer for at least 2-3 hrs. To make hung curd take about 500 gm of curd and hang tie in a thin cotton cloth and hung it for about 5-6 hrs. Take hung curd in a bowl add powder sugar and vanilla essence mix.

    Remove cup cakes from freezer fill cup cakes with hung curd again put in the freezer for three hours.remove from freezer decorate with jam and Oreo biscuit crumb Ready to serve.
