Ingredients

  1. Packpork belly slices
  2. Chinese five spice
  3. Salt
  4. Olive oil
  5. Sweet chilli sauce

Steps

  1. 1

    Line a baking tray with foil.

  2. 2

    Lay out the belly pork and very very lightly drizzle some olive oil over each side. Sprinkle with five spice and salt.

  3. 3

    Bake at 200 C for 45-60 mins turning a few times during cooking.

  4. 4

    Serve with rice or noodles and finish with the sweet chilli sauce.
