It is a very good side dish for chapathi, nan, ghee rice, Biryani and appam.
Steps

Cut the mashrum, capsicum, big onion, tomatoes into long strips.

In a mixy jar add coconut, small onion, garlic, ginger, green chilli, groundnut and grind it in to a rough paste.Keep aside.

Heat a pan add oil, big onion, capsicum, tomatoes, curry leaves roast it well.

Add mashrum, turmeric powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt and mix it well.Cook for 5 mins.

Add rough paste and mix it well. Add water as required and Cook for 5 mins.

Add coriander leaves. Now gravy is ready.
