Wash and clean the torai then cut into pieces then soaked in water.

Next heat the pan add oil and onions fry it then add chopped cloves of garlic a piece of ginger stir it with spoon.

Now add all the spices stir it then add tomato cover it for 4 minutes until tomato will become soft and tender.

Next add torai and stir it until then add 1/2 cup of water cover it until it becomes tender completely.

Now check the torai if it is cook and water is evaporated then add green chilli and Coriander leaves.

A healthy and yummy torai ki sabzi is ready to serve with roti
