  • 1. Leftover rice
  • 2. Meatball
  • 3. Garlic
  • 4. Shallots
  • 5. Chili
  • 6. 5 teaspoon of Olive oil
  • 7. 5 teaspoon of butter
  • 8. Salt

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Fried all herbs, spices and meatball in non-stick hot pan or wok using medium high heat. Fry it for 5 minutes

    Put the rice and fry it for 5 minutes

  3. 3

    After that, put the egg on the rice and stir it with salt. Cook for 5 minutes then its ready
