First clean mushroom with a cloth and little maida.

Remove it's stem and make a cavity and keep aside.

In a pan add oil.When oil becomes hot add onions, garlic and capcicum.

When onions become transparent add chilli flakes and salt.

After cooling add cheese.

To make batter for coating take cornflour,maida,salt,pepper powder and water ina bowl and mix them well.It should not be too thick or too loose.

In another bowl mix bread crumbs,pepper powder,salt.

To make mushroom first take each mushroom fill with our filling and press well with hand.

Then dip in batter,coat with bread crumbs again in battery hen bread crumbs.ie 2 coating.Coat all mushrooms like this way.

Fry them in hot oil till golden brown in medium _high flame.Serve with you dip.
