For sauce: mix in mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard paste, salt and pepper.

For vegetables: cut all the vegetables in juliene cut and dip in vinegar water with salt and pepper.

Assembling: spread chicken on pita bread, vegetables and sauce. Can add jalapenos and olives too
