Ingredients

15 minutes
2 servings
  • 1big sliced onion
  • 1/2 cupchopped cabbage
  • 1 cupsliced capsicum
  • 2green chillies
  • As needed curry leaves
  • As needed chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsprice flour
  • 1 cupragi flour
  • 1 tspred chili powder
  • 1/2 TSPgrated ginger
  • 1 TSPfennel seeds powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • As needed Oil for frying

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a bowl add all the ingredients and mix it well.

  2. 2

    Add water carefully little by little.

  3. 3

    Make a pakoda consistency.

  4. 4

    Heat oil on a kadhai and fry pakodas on low medium flame.

  5. 5

    When pakoda is crispy remove them on a tissue.

  6. 6

    Now pakoda is ready to serve.
