1 cupChicken liver small cut
1 tspginger garlic paste
salt
1 tspchilli powder
1 tspchilli flakes
1/2 tspturmeric powder
1/2 tspcoriander powder
1 tspcurry powder
2 tsplemon juice
2 tbspNando's hot sauce
1tspSoy sauce
corn flour (optional

Wash and cut the liver into chunks

Then marinade with all ingredients
3

Shallow fry them for 10 min in medium heat (it’s done for most people here)
4

Add splash of water and cook for further 10 min so that all flavour goes through the liver well
5

Serve with fried rice or naan
