Homemade Buttercream Frosting

#tech4
An amazingly delish homemade Buttercream Frosting for you from my closet of recipes. The best part is that it can be stored in the refrigerator for a week in airtight containers. Use it according to your need and requirements. You can add colour to it to make it colourful and use on your favourite Cupcakes and Cakes. However I strongly recommend you all to make it afresh as and when needed. It's absolutely an easily done process. If you have an Electric Beater, you are absolutely set to whip up your own Buttercream Frosting in the comfort of your homes. Enjoy!

Steps
- 1
Beat Butter using an hand held Electric beater or a Kitchen Machine. Add Vanilla essence to it and continue to beat. Add Sugar and Milk both in parts.
- 2
Do not add all at once. Continue beating for 6-8 minutes. Keep adding Milk and Sugar in parts. Continue beating and it usually gets done in 7-10 minutes in all. When you drop it using a spatula, it shouldn't be watery at all. It should hold in place. That is the right consistency.

Homemade Buttercream Frosting is all ready. Soft and fluffy, it's perfectly made. Enjoy!
