2 ozMalibu rum
1 ozwhite rum
4 ozpineapple juice
1 ozgrenadine syrup
Maraschino cherry and pineapple chunk for garnish

Pour pineapple juice and rum over ice in cocktail shaker and shake for 10-15 seconds

Strain into glass over 4-5 ice cubes

Pour grenadine into the glass, making sure to pour it down the side of the glass to avoid mixing layers

Add garnish
