  1. forPotato mixture--
  2. 2 cupsboiled and mashed potatoes
  3. 1/4 cupgreen peas
  4. 3Green chillies
  5. 1 tbspGinger paste
  6. 1 tbspoil
  7. 1 tspcumin seeds
  8. 1 tspmustard seeds
  9. 1 tspturmeric powder
  10. 1 tspChily powder
  11. 1 tspcoriander powder
  12. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  13. 1/4 tspHing
  14. 1 tsp lemon juice
  15. to tasteSalt
  16. as requiredWater
  17. SomeCheese slices (optional)
  18. as requiredButter
  19. someBread slices

Cooking Instructions

    Set a pan on medium heat, add oil, jeera, and mustard seeds allow them to splutter for few seconds further, add ginger paste and chily paste and saute it for a mint on low flame

    Now add dry ingredients like turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala add some water to avoid the burning of the spices cook for 2-3 mint on low flame, now add in the boiled potatoes and boiled green peas, salt to taste and mix well and cook for 2-3 mint.

    Take bread slices, apply butter on both breads and spread masala on bread nicely, if you wish add cheese you can (optional)

    Pre heat the toaster, and toast the bread and you can also use tawa for toasting, now masala sandwich is ready
