Knead a hard dough using all the ingredients.let it rest for 10mins

In a cooker put tuvar and moong dal, salt & haldi... add 4cup water and cook till 3-4whistles

Make small balls of dough and press thinly to make dhokli

Heat a pan add ghee... then add hing cumin seeds & mustard seeds... cook & add tomato purée.

Add all the spices to it and cook for 5mins on low flame then add dal to it.

Add 3cups of water let it boil then add dhokli to it.... cover it and cook until dhokli becomes soft

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with lemon.
