Soya aloo gravy

Soak soya chunks in water with salt in it. Meanwhile roughly chop onion, tomatoes and blend it into a paste.

Now deep fry the potatoes and soaked chunks to half cook stage and keep it separately.

Temper mustard seeds, methi dana and jeera. Add the blend paste in it and mix well.

Now add all the masala and cook well till the oil separates the pan. Switch off the flame and add curd to avoid curdling. Once it's mixed switch on and let it cook. Once the gravy is cooked well add the fried potatoes and soya and adjust the consistency with water.

Cook till potatoes are well cooked and add garam masala and little cream on the top.

Soya aloo gravy is ready. Serve with hot rotis.
