  1. 250 gmChickpea flour/Besan
  2. 100 gmSemolina/Suji
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. 1 SpoonOil
  5. 1 SpoonSugar
  6. 1/2 spoonTurmeric
  7. 1 CupChopped Spinach
  8. 1 CupSweet Corn
  9. 2 CupCurd
  10. 1/2 SpoonBaking Soda
  11. 1 SpoonBaking Powder
  12. For Tadka:
  13. 2 SpoonOil full
  14. 1 SpoonMustard Seeds
  15. 1 SpoonCumin Seeds
  16. 1/2 SpoonAsafoetida
  17. 1 SpoonSesame Seeds
  18. As requiredChopped fresh Green Coriander for Garnishing
  19. leavesCurry
  20. 1/2 CupLemon juice
  21. 1 SpoonSugar
  22. 2Green Chillies

    Take a Big Bowl add 250 gm Chickpea flour or Besan, Semolina 100 gm, Turmeric Powder half Spoon, Salt to taste, Sugar 1 Spoon mix well then add Chopped Spinach 1 Cup, Corn 1 Cup and mix well

    Lastly add Baking Soda half Spoon, Baking Powder 1 Spoon mix it and keep aside then Grease the Dhokla Mould with any Oil or Ghee.

    Now Pour the Better into the Dhokla Mould and then keep the Mould into the Steamer for Steam the Dhokla for 20 to 25 min on medium to high flame. After Cooking Dhokla Cool it down on room temperature.

    Now Ready the Tadka for Dhokla: Heat 2 Spoon Oil on medium flame add Sesame Seeds, Cumin Seeds, Mustard Seeds, Curry leaves, Green Chillies, Asafoetida, Sugar, Lemon juice burn for 2 min then spread the Tadka over the DHOKLA Cut into Cubes Serve it hot to the Plater. Your Delicious SPINACH CORN KHAMAN DHOKLA is Ready to Enjoy Garnish with Green fresh Coriander.
