Steps

Measure all dry ingredients

Dig a hole on the flour put yeast and cover with flour

On one side of the flour put sugar; the other side put salt

Add water sparingly until all flour is well combined.

Note you could use all 150 ml or less or slightly more guiding factor combination of dough.It should be soft

Proof for one hr or 45 mins and then shape to your liking

Proof the shaped buns and proof for 30 to 45 mins
- 8
Pre heat 180degrees for 10 mins bake for 20-30mins
