Mix all content in a bowl after staining well add oil or butter and add milk and whisk it well, prepare cake batter by well mixing

Pre Hit a kadai on stove with salt for about 15minutes grease any 4 cups with oil or butter and dust it with cocoa powder and pour our cake batter into it and cook in kadai oven about 20 minutes in low to medium flame and check with toothpick and here your cup cake is ready
