Steps

Firstly, in a large mixing bowl add 2 cups Besan and 3/4th cup semolina, 2 tbsp curd, mix well add water bit by bit to make a thick and smooth dhokla batter. Whisk well to ensure there are no lumps in the batter. Rest this batter for 2-3 hours.
- 3
Meanwhile, in a pressure cooker add water and cooker stand, remove pressure cooker whistle. Cover with lid and pre-heat the cooker for 5-6 minutes.
- 4
After 2-3 hours add salt and eno fruit salt (use basic blue puch eno not any flavor eno). Give it a good mix. Dhokla batter is ready.
- 5
