Paneer tikka with mint Mayo

Add a pinch of salt and 1/2 tsp chilli powder to 150gms of paneer to remove excess water and keep aside.

Marination: In a pan add 1/2 cup oil let the oil heat do not let it smoke, then add1/2 tsp cumin seeds, add 1tsp red chilli powder, add 1/2 tsp turmeric powder, 1 tbsp of any tikka Masala
Mix well and then add 1/2 tsp of finely chopped green chillies. Then add 1/2. Cup besan gives it a good mix. Add some salt to taste and turn off the flame. - 3
Add 1 cup hung curd to the marination mix well until a thick paste is formed.
Then add the paneer cubes and chopped onion and capsicum cubes.
Coat the paneer and vegetables well and then pin them onto a toothpick or skewers. - 4
Grilling: Take a sandwich griller.
Brush it with some oil and place the skewers on the griller and cook on both sides by flipping it at intervals. - 5
Mint Mayo: Take 1/2 cup finely chopped mint leaves and 1/2tsp of finely chopped green chilli. Add it to a plain Mayo mix well and serve it with the paneer tikka.
