Boil and mash the potatoes now add the chopped onion, green chilli, coriander leaves, Peas, lemon juice, half spoon of chat masala, Maggi masala, chilli powder and salt to taste

Mix all the ingredients. Make into small balls

For the batter take some maida and mix it with water

Now dip the balls in maida and coat it with semolina

Keep it aside for 10 mins, as the semolina perfectly sets in the balls

Add oil in a pan and fry it keep the flame in low

Now taste it with any dip of your choice.
