Clean the fish and add salt and 1tsp turmeric powder to it.keep it 5 mins.

Add mustard seed and green chilli paste,turmeric 1tsp,salt,mustard oil,curd it it. Keep it 25 mins.

Wrap the pieces of fish in a banana leaf individually with the help of thread.

Put it in a steamer.

Steam it 5 mins and flip the other side.keep it 5 mins.

After that, the paturi is ready to serve.
