Lamb chops (preferably cut in tiny strips to cook thoroughly)
Spices
Grounded ginger and garlic
to tasteSeasoning and salt
Oil
Curry
Blended bcotch bonnet and onions

Marinate lamb chops in a mixture of oil, spices, scotch bonnet and onions for at least 6 hours

In a pan on low heat, pour oil to avoid meat from sticking,

Add meat and cook on both sides for at least 6 minutes
