Ingredients: 1 cup flour; 2 tablespoons corn flour; 1/2 teaspoon salt; 1 1/2 cup water; 1 teaspoon salt; 3 cups flour + more for dusting; 2 tablespoons oil; 4 1/2 Boiled and grated Potatoes; 2 Green beans chopped; 1 Carrot chopped; Half Onion chopped; 2 Scotch bonnet chopped; 1/2 teaspoon Thyme; 1/2 teaspoon Tumeric; 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder; Half seasoning cube; 1 pinch salt

Hmmm.. I decided to make samosa today. I wanted to make the sheet using the batter method instead of the dough method am used to. I was like 🤔'it shouldn't be difficult now🤷 since I know how to make pancakes,crepes and the likes. For where🤨🙄, the thing came out like pap😣🤦. I was angry initially and i didn't snap it. But I manage the situation and I was able to get something out of my failed recipe. I'm also not giving up on the samosa sheet o, will be trying again soon. Behold, My Yummy Potato Rolls😊🤗.
