Ingredients

30 minutes
4 servings
  • 1 CupMoong (Soaked and boiled)
  • 1medium sized Tomato
  • 1medium sized onion
  • 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic paste
  • as required Oil
  • 1/2 TspMustard Seeds
  • 1 pinchasafoetida
  • 1 tbspn Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbspcoriander powder
  • 1 tbsp Bisibelle masala (homemade)
  • to tasteSalt
  • Few curry leaves

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a pan add oil. Once oil is hot add mustard let it crackle. Add curry leaves, onion and ginger garlic paste.

    Add tomatoes and all masalas and salt. Let it cook for some time.

    Add boiled Moong in that. Add 1/2 glass water. Let it cook for some time on low flame. Serve hot with Rice or Roti.
