2 3/4 tablespoonsolive oil (about 40 ml)
1apple, peeled and coarsely grated
1 1/4 cupsflour (about 150 grams)
1 1/2 teaspoonsbaking powder

Steps

Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) with convection, if available.

Mix the wet ingredients together, then add the grated apple and dry ingredients.

Grease muffin tins and spoon 1 tablespoon of batter into each. Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Drizzle with honey to serve! Enjoy!

Μόνο μην περιμένετε από εμένα περίπλοκες και χρονοβόρες συνταγές, παραμένω φοιτήτρια μέσα μου και για αυτό ότι φτιάχνω θέλω να είναι νόστιμο άλλα εύκολο!!!
