100 gmsfry chana Dal
50 gmspeanuts
Few coriander leaves
1tomatoes, chopped
1onion
2-4garlic cloves
as per tasteSalt
Fortadka--
1/2 tspmustard seeds
Pinchasafoetida
2red chillies
Few Curry leaves

Take a chutney jar. Add fry chana Dal, pea nut, coriander leaves salt.

Take a pan fry onion, garlic clove and tomato. Add them into the chutney jar.

Grind all into a smooth paste. Take a tadka pan add oil mustard seeds red chilli,curry leaves and asefodita. Put on the chutney.
