Steps

Take refined flour in a big pot, add one teaspoon salt to celery, add ghee to the mixture and keep the dough.

Boil the potatoes and mash them

Add ghee in the pan, add cumin and whole coriander, then add peas and spices, potatoes and stir

Add salt and mix all these ingredients well and remove in the plate

Make dough balls and shape the samosas, then add potato paste and cottage cheese inside it

When the samosa is ready, deep fry and take it out
- 7
Now serve hot with chutney
