Firstly wash your rice and urad daal with 3 to 4 times with normal water and soak it both individually overnight.

After soaking drain all the water From rice and dal and grind it in mixer jar with adding lil amount of curd.

Repeat all batch like above.

Now give it a rest for 6 ya 7 hours for Fermentation.

When you want to make dhoklas add Salt, baking soda to the batter and pour little hot oil on baking soda to active the soda and whisk it in one direction continuously.

Then divide this better in 3 bowls. Then add green color in one bowl and orange color in other bowl.

Then first add green color better to idli mold or aluminum plate. Then put on gas for 30 seconds. Now green color better is thick so add while color better on it and again put this dish on gas for 30 seconds. Now white color better also thick now add orange color better on it then cover it and cook it for 10- 15 minutes.

Now tri color dhokla is ready. Enjoy with green chutney or garlic paste and oil.
