  2. 1 cupraspberry
  3. 1 cupblueberry
  4. 1banana
  5. 1 cupice cubes
  6. 1/3 cupyogurt vanilla flavor
  7. 4 tbsplemon juice
  8. Halfcup pistachios or other nuts what available
  9. Halfcup soaked chia seeds
  10. Melon seeds or pumpkin seeds
  11. Lemon slices to just add in last
