Papaya Turmeric Smoothie

Sometimes I really don't feel like cooking my meals. There comes smoothie bowls to my escape. They are so easy to make, highly nutritive and light on stomach. What else you could ask for?
I simply chop my fruits, froze them for 2 or more hours (frozen fruits give creamy smoothie texture) and blend. This particular smoothie I made with banana and papaya, added turmeric & cinnamon because of it's numerous benefits and garnished it with whatever came handy first.
I really enjoy my chilled smoothies during summers as breakfast mostly. What about you?
