Take the baking tray and place butter paper in it. Grease it with oil.

Take egg whites in a bowl and beat them until fluffy. When fluffy, start adding sugar spoon by spoon and keep on beating until the sugar gets homogenized with the egg whites. After that add egg yolks and beat well.

Now add plain flour and baking powder to the mixture. Mix with a spoon. Don't use beater. Pour it in the baking dish and bake for 3-4 minutes. Take it out and allow it to cool.

Take cream in a bowl and beat until fluffy. After that, add cocktail fruits to it. Mix and refrigerate it for 10-15 min.

Fill the baked cake with cream and roll to give it the shape of cake roll.. Top it with caramel and chocolates. Serve it.
