Ensure the chicken breast is in a perfect flat shape. Wash,marinate with salt and pepper and set aside

Roll each piece of the chicken meat and tuck it using skewers or a toothpick

Bring butter to heat in a skillet on medium heat. Place the chicken pieces one by one and let cook as you ensure all sides are checked

For the potatoes,bring to boil until they are tender. Use a whisk to mash and add butter until you get a smooth finish
