Firstly take a mixer jar, add puree ingredients, grind it to a fine paste, keep aside

Take a wok, add ghee, heat it.

Add green chillies and ginger juliens, saute it for a while at moderate flame.

Add dhania puree, also add lil water 💦, stir fry it till oil separates, add salt if required.

Now add aloo, mix it well.

Stir fry it for a while, add black pepper now.

Increase the flame, give a boil.

Lower the flame now, cover it with the lid, cook it till gravy gets a saucy consistency.

Switch off the flame, take out in a serving bowl, have it with kuttu puri.
