Garlic paratha
Steps

Take all the above ingriedients leaving water and oil or ghee for making parathas in a bowl.

Mix it properly and knead a medium tight dough. Cover the dough and leaves it to rest for 15 minutes.

Now take a small dough ball and roll it like a roti and spread ghee on it. Sprinkle dry flour over roti.

Now take one side of roti and flip it to other side. Do the the same for opposite side. Repeat the same method and make a square shape as shown in picture.

Now roll it again and cook it on medium flame by spreading ghee on both the sides.

Serve it with chutney or dahi.
