Steps

Chopped the raw papaya. Then grind it with mawa in a grinder.

Then in a pan add ghee. And papaya mixture. Add milk, sugar as per taste and cardamom powder. Stir it continuously until it becomes dry.

Once it becomes fully dry. Then grease ghee on a plate. And place the mixture on top and flatten it.

Let it cool for sometime. Then cut it as per own choice. Garnish it with raisins and serve.
