Ingredients

4 people
  • 1 cupBarnyard Millets
  • 1/2 cupsabudana
  • 3/4 th cup curd
  • to tasteSalt (pink salt)

Steps

  1. 1

    Soak Barnyard Millet and Sabudana for 5-6 hours.

    Strain water and add curd to it. Let it settle for an hour. Then add salt

  3. 3

    Heat a Paddu pan add oil prepare paddu. Have it with peanut chutney.
