Sudanese (African) Bread

In a big bowl add warm water, sugar and yeast.. mix it, cover and keep aside for 10 mins.

After 10 mins add flour and salt and knead it again and again to make soft dough then cover it and rest it for two hours, so the dough will double.

Then roll smoothly in a bun shape and put it in an oven tray, brush the top with milk. Cover and rest them for 10 to 20 mins.

Preheat oven for 10 mins and then bake at 200°c for 20 minutes..

Once baked apply butter on the top and the bread is ready...
