In a pan, add 1 cup water, tomatoes, cashews, ginger, garlic, cardamom, and cloves and boil it till the tomatoes become soft. Let it cool down and then grind it to a smooth paste.

Now heat oil in a kadhai and add bay leaves, onions, green chilies and saute till onions become light brown. Add the dry masalas and mix it well.

After a while, add tomato cashew paste, Kasuri methi, and salt. Now saute the mixture till oil separates from it.

Add water to adjust consistency as it starts boiling add 4 eggs cut into half, grate 1 egg white upon it cover it, and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.

Add coriander leaves and cream, cook for another 5 minutes and then serve with hot chapatis.
