Atta or ghee mix karein or Thora thora Pani add kar ke atta gondh lein

Tip#1 atta Kisi bi air tight box mein rakh ke adhy ghanty ke liye fridge mein Rakh dein

Garam tawy par roti dalen Thora sa colour change hoty hi roti palat dein zada Dair roti tawy par nahi rakhen.ab tawa hata kar roti ko aag par sek lein
