But Alhamidullah by lots of experiments and experience l have achieved my goal.As rotis are the main item day and night, the backbone of food, so a perfect yummy and light roti is very, very necessary if you want your family happy 😋👍

Ingredients

  • 8 cupswheat/Gundum (l use original atta,grinded wheat)
  • 2 cupsapproximately, Water required in kneading
  • 1 tablespoonblack salt
  • 4 tablespoonDesi ghee

Steps

    In a big,swallow bottom bowl (parat)sieve the flour

    Add Desi ghee,black salt and mix

    Start adding water slowly by gradually mixing it. BECAREFUL START ADDING WITH THE LEFT HAND.A LITTLE AMOUNT AND CONTINOUSLY MIX IT BY THE RIGHT HAND

    The wheat will start to come together

    Make holes with the help of fingers and sprinkle some water into these holes

    Cover it with a cloth for 10 minutes

    Uncover it and you will see the difference of color on the surface

    Again knead it, it's the final kneading, then oil the bowl in which atta has to preserved.

    Cover it and put in the freezer for 15 minutes

    Take out and make balls (peeras) of it according to need and again cover for 5 minutes

    There will be change of outer color and it's fine. Now you can quickly make round rotis, instead of individually making balls again and again

    Haet tawa on low flame, oil its surface

    Start preparing the rotis one by one. Put the peeras on the flat surface and with the help of thumb press the outer edge of the ball

    Now with the rolling pin make it round and flat

    Increase the flame and put the roti on tawa, when you see bubbles on the roti

    Remove the side of the tawa and press the center with a handkerchief by placing the sides on the direct flame, when it's fully done, flip it and do the other side

    Make yummy and soft roti in this way as many as you like😊
