  • 1 cupRajgira aata
  • 3/4 cupghee
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1 cupmilk
  • as neededMixed and chopped dry fruits
  • 2 pinchCardmom powder

Steps

15 min.
  1. 1

    First take a pan add ghee heat it now add rajgira aata and roast it until it turned brown and releases smell

  2. 2

    Now add milk and suate it well until it releases ghee now add sugar and let's melt it

  3. 3

    At the end add dry fruits and cardmom powder serve it with fruits
