Ingredients

  1. 4medium mashed bolied potato
  2. 4medium chopped tomato
  3. 2medium chopped onion
  4. 2chopped seeds capcicum green pepper
  5. 1/2 cupchopped cavliflowers
  6. 1/4 cupschopped carrot
  7. 1 cupshelled blanehed peas
  8. 1/2 tablespoonginger paste
  9. 3 tablespoonsrefined oil
  10. 2chooped green chillies
  11. as per tasteSalt
  12. 25 gmsmellted butter
  13. 8pav
  14. 1meddium lemon wedges
  15. 2 teaspoongarlick paste
  16. 2 tablespoonspav bhaji masala
  17. 1/4 cupgreen beans coriander
  18. as requiredgreen coriander

    Blanch the peas cauliflowers florets carrots and beans. Alternativ you can also boil them with a little water in the pressure cooker. Drain and mash coarsely. Heat oil in a pan and add three fourth quantity of onion saute till light golden in colour. For a min. Ensure that you have finely chopped the tomatoes if they have tough skin chop theme after removing them

    Add green chillies and ginger garlic paste stir fry for half a min and then add pav bhaji masala along with chopped capcicum and stir.

    Add tomatoes salt and cook medium heat for three to four min string continuously or till oil separates from the masala. Add mashed peas cauliflowers potatoes and 2 cups of water bring it to a boil and simmer for ten min. Pressing with the back of the spoon a few times till all the vegetables are completely mashed and blended together. Heat half of the butter in a thick bottomed pan or a tawa. Slice pav horizontally into two and pan fry in butter for half min. Pressing two-three times or till

    Pav is crisp and light brown garnish the bhaji with chopped coriander leaves remaining butter and serve hot with pav accompanied with remaning chopped green chillies to the bhaji to make it spicier. You can also add an extra teaspoon of red chillies powder while cooking bhaji for that extra colour or spice and onion rings butter coriander leaves garnishing. Thank you
