5 medium sized boiled potatoes
1/2 cupghee
1/2 cupsugar or as per taste
As requiredCardamom powder
As required dry fruits

Heat ghee in a pan.

Add boiled and mashed potatoes and cook on medium heat until potatoes are slightly brown in color.

It will take approximately 15 minutes.

Add sugar and cardamom powder and cook for 8-10 minutes.

Add almonds, raisins, cashew nuts and mix well. Serve hot.
