Chop all the vegetables into small pieces. Add the chicken, spices, oil, salt, bay leaves, and garlic to a pot. Sauté everything well over medium heat.

Once the vegetables are soft, add the boiling water and let it simmer over low heat.

When the liquid has reduced, remove the chicken and bay leaves. Blend the vegetable mixture until smooth. Shred the chicken into small pieces and return it to the soup after blending.

Serve the soup hot. Enjoy!
