In a tawa dry roast rice flour for 5 minutes.

Then in a khadai add water,salt and oil.When water boils add the flour keeping flame low.

Then mix them to form a dough.

Switch off flame and cover dough for minutes.

Then take this in a plate knead this with greased hands and cover this with wet cloth so that dough does not dry.

Then take lemon size ball dough make chappaties but should be thin.This is done by dusting dry rice flour.

As edges may break cut them using any round shape lid.

Then heat a tawa put pathari on it heat two sides flip it after 30 seconds.

We can see air bubbles.When you see bubble on one side flip to other.Don't brown as chappati.As it becomes hard.

Serve this with coconut milk or any non or veg curry.
