Crispy onion rings

Cooking Instructions

Rinse the onion and cut into approximately ¼ inch rings. Carefully separate the rings from each other (setting aside the smaller ones for other recipes)

İn a bowl, mix flour and all the other dry ingredients except bread crumbs and set aside
- 3
Beat the two eggs in another bowl
- 4
Put the bread crumbs in another separate bowl
- 5
Coat the onion rings with the flour mixture
- 6
One at a time, dip the onion first in the egg mixture, then the breadcrumbs. Back again into the egg mixture and back into bread crumbs. Shake to remove excess and set aside. Repeat till all onions are coated

Fry in medium hot oil turning the sides till they are golden brown
- 8
Serve with your favourite sauce
